Sometimes, letting go is the biggest breath of fresh air you need. So much has changed over the last 6 months, and I feel like my identity is entirely different now. So Clear Round Media has had it’s own refresh…
Any parent will agree, you can never show favouritism with your children. Whilst Sophie is my only actual child, my business has always felt like my second baby. So after sitting back on holiday and reflecting on all of the change Soph & I have had lately, it kinda felt like I was leaving Clear Round Media out of the fun.
That’s a joke, rebranding is a headache. But I’ve let go of a lot recently, and almost all of the parts which made ‘Clear Round Media’ make sense no longer resonate with me. It’s also tiring having to explain what it means, and I just felt like it was catchy enough if I’m honest.
The name I’m about to share with you, was actually a hugely strong contender from day 1, and I’m not sure what ever stopped me to be honest. So given that I’ve been coming back to it for 3 years, I took that as a pretty big sign. I’ve been very brave lately, and I wasn’t about to stop now. So without further ado, I introduce you to….
Trax? What’s that? To be really honest, it’s my two dog’s names mushed together – Trixie and Max. To me it also has connotations of things being trackable, which is a huge perk of Digital Marketing over many offline methods. The ‘track’ word also links back to animal tracks, making tracks and leaving footprints all over our digital landscape. Oooo the synchronicity!
I’ve also added ‘Co’ because it’s not just me, it hasn’t been just me for a long time now. Whilst I always plan to remain the face, the contact and the driving force behind my business – I wouldn’t be where I am without my team, my ‘Co’. So it represents that we’re a team of professionals, ready to help you with all of your marketing needs.
So, there we go. I hope you don’t hate it. I’m doing this solo so right now I’ll be rushing round changing everything over manually. Give me a bit of time to get everything looking 👌🏼 and let me know your thoughts!
